You can… but we would strongly advise against it. A reputable stairlift supplier will only give an accurate fixed-price quote for your stairlift after surveying your staircase and discussing your abilities and needs. It means you don’t just get any stairlift, but one tailored to your requirements.

Without a comprehensive survey of your staircase a supplier cannot reasonably give an accurate and fair price for your made-to-measure stairlift, including installation and with no hidden extras or add-ons.

The Virtual Survey is best suited to less complex staircases and you can still schedule an in-person COVID-secure visit if you’d prefer.
